Below is the service status for all our digital services.
Planned Outage:

Please be advised that there is a planned outage for digital banking from Tuesday, November 25th at 10:00 PM to Wednesday, November 26th at 6:00 AM MDT.  During this time, you will not be able to access the mobile app or online banking. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to make improvements to serve you better.

Minimum Operating System Requirements: 

Mobile app users, please be aware that this digital banking upgrade will require a mandatory update to your mobile app.   

Mobile app users meet minimum operating system requirements on their mobile device. Members must be running a supported operating system version on their Apple or Android mobile device to use 1st Choice Savings’ mobile app following the upgrade. 

Members who are running older versions of operating systems will need to complete a software update on their mobile device before they will be able to update their mobile app to the latest version and sign in to the mobile app.
