Commit the time required to prepare for and attend board and committee meetings and related activities.

Election Period: Dates to be announced

Announcement at Annual General Meeting: Date to be announced

Be a member in good standing for a period of one year or greater

Be bondable
-
Have an acceptable credit history
-
Not be an employee of the credit union, nor an employee of the credit union in the past 5 years
-
Not be an employee or Director of a competing financial institution
-
Must not be in breach of his/her oath of office as a Director, including but not limited to confidentiality of credit union information
-
Not have a family member (spouse, parent, or child, or any person living with and as a member of one's family) employed by the credit union.

Not be in violation of the credit union's policies or bylaws.

Not be a professional adviser to the credit union.
