Digital Banking Upgrade

What Is New?

Our digital banking platform has had an upgrade with a visual redesign that makes the banking experience simpler, and faster.
We also added some exciting new mobile and online banking features, like downloadable and printable void cheques, so that you can set-up pre-authorized debit transactions and direct deposits in a snap. Many bug fixes have been made to resolve issues that were causing friction in previous digital banking experiences.

Here Is What You Need To Know


A planned outage will occur between 8:30 pm on Monday, May 16th to approximately 6:00 am on Tuesday, May 17th Mountain Time. During the outage, mobile and online banking will be temporarily unavailable, and there may be an additional delay before mobile banking is available when the upgrade goes live.
If a delay occurs, you will continue to have access to online banking.




The first time you log in to the mobile app after the upgrade, you will need to enter your username and password even if you have biometrics (faceID or touchID) enabled.
If you use biometrics and don’t remember your password, please login and change your password before the upgrade to ensure you don’t get locked out and have to reset your password.




Following the upgrade, you will receive a message on your current mobile app prompting you to complete a mandatory app upgrade.
Click “update now,” and you will be redirected to the mobile app store to complete the upgrade on your device.




You will be taken through a quick tour of the major changes within the app before logging in.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. When you first sign in to the mobile banking app, you can use your current username and password. You will also have the option to reset your password or access your username with the "Forgot username or password?" function on the new sign-in screen.

Yes. We have added security features that will redirect you to a secure sign-in portal. This will only happen the first time you sign-in on the mobile app to establish a secure connection. Once you sign in and set up your biometric credentials (faceID or fingerprint) under your profile, you will not be redirected the next time you sign in.

Please be advised that it is a normal part of the upgrade process if you are unable to update your app immediately. Attempt to update the app again in a couple of hours. In the meantime, you can use online banking as an alternative option. 

You can access this feature in online banking by navigating: Menu > Accounts > Cheques > Download void cheque

For Android and iOS mobile apps, members can navigate to: Menu > Activity

Our mobile app is compatible with most Android devices with operating system version 6 (Marshmallow) and up.

iPhone 6S and up with operating system version 12 and up are the supported Apple devices.
