Mobile Text Banking

With Mobile Banking, you can now use the text messaging feature on your phone to check account balances on you last five transactions, anytime and anywhere you want.

How do I get started?
Getting started is easy! If you have a mobile phone that supports text messages and are set up for Online Banking, follow these simple steps to get started:

  • Login to Online Banking and click the Account Services tab on the left navigation.
  • Click the link to Manage Mobile Banking.
  • Register your phone by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page. Note: You will need to have your mobile phone with you during registration.
  • A password will be sent to your phone to authenticate you. You will need to enter this password into Online Banking to continue with Mobile registration.
  • Select your primary account (this should be the account you want to get the balance most often).
  • You are now ready to use Mobile Banking. Text a command to MONEY (66639) and receive a convenient account update.

Text any of these commands to MONEY (66639) and receive your account information on your phone. This is also available through Online Banking for your reference.

  • ACT - For the account activity of you primary account
  • ACT<account nickname> - for the account activity of a specific account
  • BAL - For the balance of your primary account
  • BAL ALL - For the balances of all your accounts
  • DISABLE - To temporarily disable your phone
  • HELP - For a list of the commands you can use
  • INFO - For contact info about 1st Choice Savings and Credit Union
  • STOP - To permanently delete your phone
  • NICK - For a list of account nicknames
