Online Banking Password Update

Here's What You Need to Know:

As of July 15th, we have upgraded our online banking security to protect our members.

Members will be required to change their online banking password to include a variety of characters. Once the change is implemented, you will be automatically prompted when logging into online banking on a desktop computer or mobile device.

The new password must include the following characters:

  • One upper case letter
  • One lower case letter
  • One number

Troubleshooting Tips

PLEASE REMEMBER, ANYWHERE YOU HAVE SAVED YOUR ONLINE BANKING PASSWORD WILL NEED TO BE CHANGED TO YOUR NEW STRONG PASSWORD SO THAT YOU DON’T INADVERTENTLY GET LOCKED OUT.

Does your internet browser auto-populate your password?

If you answered yes, you will need to clear the cache/cookies within your internet browser settings.

Do you use Mobile App and can you view your account balances without logging in?

If you answered YES, you have Quick View enabled.  Each time the app is opened, the app is accessing online banking in the background even if you have not actually logged in.

To correct this problem, please follow these steps to remove your registered devices:

  1. Login to online banking on your computer.
  2. Navigate to Account Services > Mobile Banking app (see screenshot below)
  3. Click on the Remove Link beside ALL devices
Mobile App Control Screen

Once you have removed all devices, you will see this message:

After you have removed any devices in this list, you may log into Mobile App and re-enable Quick View:

Do you use accounting software and have you memorized your online banking password within that program?

If you answered YES, you will need to also change the online banking password within your accounting program.
