What You Need To Do

Update your contact information

To facilitate our move to two-factor authentication security, we ask that you ensure that your contact information is up to date. This information includes your email and cellphone number.

Clean up your e-Transfer recipients

For ease of transfer, a quick clean out of outdated or inactive e-transfer recipients is required. Any recipients not updated can cause issues when we transfer systems.

Sign in to check your passwords

If you haven't signed into online banking in a while, we recommend doing so. This way, if you need to reset your password before our move to the new system, you can do it before launch.

Accept your pending e-Transfers

If you haven't already, make sure to accept any pending transactions before our live date. Pending transfers could cause issues with transferring your e-Transfer profile.

Feel free to contact any of our branches for help on how to make these changes.
